Instructions:
Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until softened.
Add the cubed beef and cook until browned on all sides.
Stir in the tomato sauce, beef broth, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add the mixed vegetables and cook for another 10 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
