Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb beef, cubed
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables carrots, peas, and green beans

Instructions: 

  • Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until softened.
  • Add the cubed beef and cook until browned on all sides.
  • Stir in the tomato sauce, beef broth, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Add the mixed vegetables and cook for another 10 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your Red Stew Delight!
