cut into bite-sized pieces

Carrots

Potatoes

Beef broth

Tomato paste

Instructions:
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add onions and cook until softened.
3. Add carrots and potatoes, cook for 5 minutes.
4. Stir in tomato paste and cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil.
6. Add leftover beef, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 30 minutes.
7. Serve hot.
