Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Leftover beef cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Potatoes diced
  • 1 cup Onions chopped
  • 3 cups Beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add onions and cook until softened.
  • 3. Add carrots and potatoes, cook for 5 minutes.
  • 4. Stir in tomato paste and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • 5. Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil.
  • 6. Add leftover beef, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  • 7. Serve hot.

Great way to use up leftover beef!
