Instructions:
1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic, cook until softened.
3. Pour in the beef broth and diced tomatoes, bring to a boil.
4. Add the chopped carrots and potatoes, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
5. Season with salt and black pepper, stir well.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
