Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Chopped Onions
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Chopped Carrots
  • 1 cup Chopped Potatoes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  • 3. Pour in the beef broth and diced tomatoes, bring to a boil.
  • 4. Add the chopped carrots and potatoes, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • 5. Season with salt and black pepper, stir well.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This stew is even better the next day!
