Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef Stew Meat cut into chunks
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 cups Carrots sliced
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced
  • 1 cup Celery sliced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
  • 3. Add the onions and garlic, and cook until softened.
  • 4. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
  • 5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 1 hour.
  • 6. Add the carrots, potatoes, and celery. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 7. Continue to simmer for another hour, or until vegetables are tender.
  • 8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This stew is perfect for cold winter nights. Feel free to add more vegetables or adjust the seasoning to your taste.
