Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
3. Add the onions and garlic, and cook until softened.
4. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 1 hour.
6. Add the carrots, potatoes, and celery. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Continue to simmer for another hour, or until vegetables are tender.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
This stew is perfect for cold winter nights. Feel free to add more vegetables or adjust the seasoning to your taste.
