Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Spinach chopped
  • 1 cup Egusi ground
  • 1 cup Palm Oil
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Water

Instructions: 

  • Heat palm oil in a pot over medium heat.
  • Add chopped onions and minced garlic. Sauté until translucent.
  • Add ground egusi and stir well. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Pour in water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Add chopped spinach, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and cook for another 10 minutes.
  • Adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot.

Notes:

Serve with rice or fufu for a complete meal.
