Instructions:
Heat palm oil in a pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onions and minced garlic. Sauté until translucent.
Add ground egusi and stir well. Cook for about 5 minutes.
Pour in water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add chopped spinach, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and cook for another 10 minutes.
Adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot.
Notes:
Serve with rice or fufu for a complete meal.
