Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb turkey breast, cubed
  • 1 lb duck breast, cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add turkey and duck, cook until browned.
  • Remove meat, set aside.
  • In the same pot, add onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened.
  • Return meat to pot. Add chicken broth, red wine, bay leaves, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour 30 minutes.
