chicken broth

red wine

bay leaves

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add turkey and duck, cook until browned.
Remove meat, set aside.
In the same pot, add onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened.
Return meat to pot. Add chicken broth, red wine, bay leaves, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour 30 minutes.
