Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add beef and cook until browned on all sides.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until onions are translucent.
Add carrots and celery. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Stir in tomato paste, thyme, and rosemary. Cook for 2 minutes.
Pour in beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours.
Add macaroni and cook for an additional 15 minutes or until tender.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or potatoes.
