Instructions:
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add a bit of oil.
2. Add the cubed chicken and cook until browned.
3. Add the chopped onion, carrots, celery, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender.
4. Pour in the chicken broth and buffalo sauce. Stir well.
5. Season with salt and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
6. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
