Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add a bit of oil.
  • 2. Add the cubed chicken and cook until browned.
  • 3. Add the chopped onion, carrots, celery, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  • 4. Pour in the chicken broth and buffalo sauce. Stir well.
  • 5. Season with salt and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
  • 6. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
  • 7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to adjust the buffalo sauce to your spice preference.
