Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chicken and cook until browned.
Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
Stir in diced tomatoes, chicken broth, paprika, and thyme.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add okra and cook for another 15 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes:
Serve hot with rice or bread.
