Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the chicken and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same pot, add chorizo and cook until it releases its oils.
Add onion, garlic, and bell peppers. Cook until softened.
Stir in chopped tomatoes, chicken broth, and smoked paprika.
Return the chicken to the pot. Season with salt and pepper.
Simmer for 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Notes:
Serve hot with crusty bread or rice.
