Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat
  • 2 cups Carrots, chopped
  • 2 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Thyme

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic, and cook until softened.
  • 3. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
  • 4. Add the carrots, potatoes, salt, pepper, and thyme. Reduce heat and simmer for 45-60 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
  • 5. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to add any other vegetables you have on hand.
