Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Add the chopped chard and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
5. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a simmer.
6. Add the white beans, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
7. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve hot.

This stew is perfect for a cozy dinner and pairs well with crusty bread.
