Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Chard washed and chopped
  • 2 cans White Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  • 3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  • 4. Add the chopped chard and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
  • 5. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a simmer.
  • 6. Add the white beans, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  • 7. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve hot.

This stew is perfect for a cozy dinner and pairs well with crusty bread.
