Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups pinto beans (cooked)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
  • Add ground beef, cook until browned.
  • Stir in cumin, chili powder, and paprika.
  • Add diced tomatoes, pinto beans, and beef broth.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes:

Serve hot with a side of crusty bread or over rice.
