Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat
  • 1 bunch Kale chopped
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Potatoes diced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
  • 3. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, cook until onions are translucent.
  • 4. Pour in beef broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour.
  • 5. Add carrots, potatoes, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another 30 minutes.
  • 6. Stir in chopped kale and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  • 7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

You can add other vegetables like celery or peas for extra flavor.
