Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb Smoked Sausage sliced
  • 4 ears Corn cut into thirds
  • 1 lb Baby Potatoes halved
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 8 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  • 2. Add the Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  • 3. Add the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
  • 4. Add the corn and sausage, cook for another 10 minutes.
  • 5. Add the onion and garlic, cook for 5 minutes.
  • 6. Finally, add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-5 minutes.
  • 7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This stew is best enjoyed fresh. Feel free to add more of your favorite seafood!
