Mixed Seafood (shrimp, scallops, fish)

Chopped Fresh Parsley
Instructions:
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Pour in the fish stock and bring to a simmer.
Stir in the heavy cream and bring back to a simmer.
Add the mixed seafood and cook until just done, about 5-7 minutes.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Notes:
Serve with crusty bread for a complete meal.
