White Seafood Stew Recipe

Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Fish Stock
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 lb Mixed Seafood (shrimp, scallops, fish)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley

Instructions: 

  • Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  • Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  • Pour in the fish stock and bring to a simmer.
  • Stir in the heavy cream and bring back to a simmer.
  • Add the mixed seafood and cook until just done, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Notes:

Serve with crusty bread for a complete meal.
