Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 10 lb Chicken cooked and shredded
  • 10 lb Pork cooked and shredded
  • 10 cans Tomatoes diced
  • 10 cans Corn drained
  • 10 cans Lima Beans drained
  • 10 cups Chicken Broth
  • 5 cups Barbecue Sauce
  • 5 cups Ketchup
  • 10 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 10 tbsp Hot Sauce
  • 10 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 10 tbsp Salt
  • 10 tbsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, combine all the ingredients.
  • 2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  • 3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • 4. Adjust seasoning to taste before serving.
