Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
Stir in diced tomatoes, black beans, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Add frozen corn and continue to simmer for an additional 30 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
