Instructions:
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened.
2. Add the diced ham and cook for another 5 minutes.
3. Stir in the cooked white beans, chicken broth, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
