Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups White beans cooked
  • 1 cup Ham diced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Thyme dried
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened.
  • 2. Add the diced ham and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • 3. Stir in the cooked white beans, chicken broth, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  • 4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
  • 5. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add some leafy greens like spinach or kale for extra nutrition.
