Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef Stew Meat cut into cubes
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 3 Carrots sliced
  • 3 Potatoes diced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add beef and cook until browned.
  • 2. Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
  • 3. Pour in beef broth, add carrots and potatoes. Bring to a boil.
  • 4. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 2 hours or until beef is tender.
  • 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes:

For a thicker stew, mix 2 tablespoons of flour with a bit of water and stir into the stew during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
