Ingredients:

Instructions:
1. Heat some oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the pork and cook until browned on all sides.
2. Add the onion, green bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
3. Stir in the tomato sauce, chicken broth, cumin, and oregano. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 1 hour.
5. Add the potatoes, carrots, and peas. Continue to cook for another 30-40 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
