Instructions:
1. In a large pot, add the soaked chickpeas, ham bone, pork belly, and enough water to cover. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
2. Skim off any foam that forms on the surface. Add the chorizo and morcilla sausages, carrots, potatoes, cabbage, onion, and garlic.
3. Season with salt and black pepper. Cover and simmer for about 2.5 hours, or until the chickpeas are tender.
4. Remove the meats and vegetables from the pot. Slice the meats and serve alongside the chickpeas and vegetables.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
This hearty stew is perfect for a cold day. Feel free to adjust the seasoning to your taste.
