Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 large Onions, finely chopped
  • 1 kg Beef, cubed
  • 3 tbsp Paprika
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Water
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until golden brown.
  • Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides.
  • Stir in the paprika and garlic, and cook for another minute.
  • Add the water, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours, or until the meat is tender.

Notes:

Serve with dumplings or potatoes.
