Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 kg Beef chunks
  • 2 cups Pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup Bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup Onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup of water
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions: 

  • Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add beef chunks and brown on all sides.
  • Add onions and bell peppers, cook until softened.
  • Stir in soy sauce, vinegar, and brown sugar.
  • Add pineapple chunks and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1.5 hours.
  • Stir in cornstarch mixture and cook until thickened.

Notes:

Serve hot with rice or noodles.
