Instructions:
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add beef chunks and brown on all sides.
Add onions and bell peppers, cook until softened.
Stir in soy sauce, vinegar, and brown sugar.
Add pineapple chunks and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1.5 hours.
Stir in cornstarch mixture and cook until thickened.
Notes:
Serve hot with rice or noodles.
