Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into chunks
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes chopped
  • 2 Potatoes peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides.
  • Add the onion and cook until softened.
  • Stir in the tomatoes, potatoes, beef broth, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours, or until the beef is tender.

Notes:

Serve hot with white rice.
