Ingredients:

Chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
cut into bite-sized pieces

Fresh oysters
shucked

Chicken broth

Heavy cream

Onion
diced

Garlic

chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
3. Add the chicken pieces to the pot, cook until browned on all sides.
4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
5. Add the heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
6. Add the shucked oysters and simmer for another 10 minutes.
7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Notes:
For a thicker stew, you can add a slurry of cornstarch and water during the simmering process.
