Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef Stew Meat cut into chunks
  • 4 Carrots sliced
  • 4 Potatoes diced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 3 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Thyme dried
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  • 3. Stir in the tomato paste, beef broth, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • 4. Add the sliced carrots and diced potatoes.
  • 5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.

Notes:

Perfect with a slice of crusty bread.
