Olive oil
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the dragon meat and cook until browned on all sides.
3. Add the onions and garlic, cooking until softened.
4. Stir in the tomato paste, salt, and pepper.
5. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
6. Reduce the heat and simmer for 1.5 hours.
7. Add the carrots and potatoes, cooking for another 30 minutes or until tender.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
