Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 kg Dragon meat cubed
  • 2 cups Carrots sliced
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced
  • 1 cup Onions chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 liter Beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the dragon meat and cook until browned on all sides.
  • 3. Add the onions and garlic, cooking until softened.
  • 4. Stir in the tomato paste, salt, and pepper.
  • 5. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
  • 6. Reduce the heat and simmer for 1.5 hours.
  • 7. Add the carrots and potatoes, cooking for another 30 minutes or until tender.
  • 8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables or spices to your liking.
