Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup Celery, sliced
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • 3. Pour in the beef broth and diced tomatoes. Stir to combine.
  • 4. Add the sliced carrots and celery. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  • 5. Stir in the frozen peas, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  • 6. Serve the stew over cooked rice.

Notes:

This stew is perfect for a cozy dinner. Feel free to add other vegetables you like.
