Instructions:
1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Pour in the beef broth and diced tomatoes. Stir to combine.
4. Add the sliced carrots and celery. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
5. Stir in the frozen peas, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
6. Serve the stew over cooked rice.
Notes:
This stew is perfect for a cozy dinner. Feel free to add other vegetables you like.
