Prunes
pitted and halved

Beef Broth

Olive Oil
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
Add beef chunks and brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
In the same pot, add onions and garlic, and sauté until softened.
Stir in tomato paste, then add beef broth, carrots, prunes, salt, and pepper.
Return beef to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
Serve hot and enjoy!
