Olive Oil
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
4. Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil.
5. Add diced tomatoes, carrots, potatoes, salt, and pepper.
6. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours, until beef is tender.
7. Add drained green beans and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
