Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef Stew Meat cut into cubes
  • 1 can Del Monte Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 can Del Monte Green Beans drained
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 3 pcs Carrots sliced
  • 4 pcs Potatoes diced
  • 1 pc Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
  • 3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  • 4. Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil.
  • 5. Add diced tomatoes, carrots, potatoes, salt, and pepper.
  • 6. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours, until beef is tender.
  • 7. Add drained green beans and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  • 8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Feel free to add other vegetables you like.
