Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Beef, cubed
  • 3 pcs Carrots, sliced
  • 3 pcs Potatoes, diced
  • 1 pc Onion, chopped
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, brown the beef over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  • 3. Add the carrots, potatoes, beef broth, salt, and pepper.
  • 4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours or until the vegetables are tender.

Notes:

Serve hot with crusty bread.
