Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Corned Beef
  • 2 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 3 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
  • 3. Add diced potatoes, sliced carrots, and beef broth. Bring to a boil.
  • 4. Reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 15 minutes.
  • 5. Add canned corned beef, peas, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  • 6. Simmer for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
