Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Bratwurst
  • 2 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup Onions, chopped
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, brown the bratwurst over medium heat. Remove and set aside.
  • 2. In the same pot, add onions and cook until translucent.
  • 3. Add potatoes, carrots, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
  • 4. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  • 5. Slice the bratwurst and return to the pot. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This stew is perfect for a cold day. Feel free to add more vegetables if you like.
