Instructions:
1. In a large pot, brown the bratwurst over medium heat. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same pot, add onions and cook until translucent.
3. Add potatoes, carrots, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
5. Slice the bratwurst and return to the pot. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes:
This stew is perfect for a cold day. Feel free to add more vegetables if you like.
