beef broth

Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
Pour in beef broth and diced tomatoes, bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add broccoli florets, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 10-15 minutes until broccoli is tender.
Serve hot and enjoy!
