Pork shoulder, cubed

Paprika

Salt and pepper
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
3. Add the cubed pork shoulder and brown on all sides.
4. Stir in the paprika and caraway seeds, and cook for another minute.
5. Pour in the chicken broth and diced tomatoes, and add the bay leaves.
6. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 90 minutes, or until the pork is tender.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
Notes:
Serve with a side of crusty bread or over noodles for a complete meal.
