Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Pork shoulder, cubed
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Caraway seeds
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes
  • 2 pcs Bay leaves
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
  • 3. Add the cubed pork shoulder and brown on all sides.
  • 4. Stir in the paprika and caraway seeds, and cook for another minute.
  • 5. Pour in the chicken broth and diced tomatoes, and add the bay leaves.
  • 6. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 90 minutes, or until the pork is tender.
  • 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

Notes:

Serve with a side of crusty bread or over noodles for a complete meal.
