Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 kg beef tripe cleaned and cut into pieces
  • 2 pcs carrots sliced
  • 2 pcs potatoes diced
  • 1 pc onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper to taste
  • 4 cups beef broth

Instructions: 

  • 1. Clean and cut the beef tripe into bite-sized pieces.
  • 2. In a large pot, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
  • 3. Add the beef tripe to the pot and cook for about 5 minutes.
  • 4. Add the sliced carrots, diced potatoes, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  • 5. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
  • 6. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 2 hours, or until the tripe is tender.
  • 7. Adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot.

Ensure the tripe is thoroughly cleaned before cooking.
