Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup Potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 4 cups Vegetable broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  • 3. Add the carrots and potatoes. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  • 4. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
  • 5. Add the broccoli florets, salt, and black pepper. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Feel free to add other vegetables you like.
