Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g sliced beef
  • 500 g sliced chicken
  • 300 g shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 200 g fish balls
  • 200 g tofu cubed
  • 300 g bok choy chopped
  • 200 g mushrooms sliced
  • 1 l chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 inch ginger sliced

Instructions: 

  • 1. Prepare all the ingredients by slicing the meats, peeling and deveining the shrimp, cubing the tofu, and chopping the vegetables.
  • 2. In a steamboat pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  • 3. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to the broth.
  • 4. Once the broth is boiling, start adding the ingredients in batches, cooking the meats, seafood, and vegetables until done.
  • 5. Serve hot and enjoy with dipping sauces of your choice.

Notes:

Feel free to add any other ingredients you like, such as noodles or other vegetables.
