Olive Oil
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pot, add beef and brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
4. Add onions and garlic to the pot, cook until softened.
5. Return beef and bacon to the pot. Add beef broth, carrots, and potatoes.
6. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
7. Serve hot.
Notes:
Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or celery.
