Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Kimchi
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 pack Ramen Noodles
  • 1 tbsp Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 stalks Green Onions, chopped

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a pot, add water and bring to a boil.
  • 2. Add kimchi, gochujang, soy sauce, and garlic. Stir well.
  • 3. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • 4. Add ramen noodles and cook until they are done.
  • 5. Drizzle sesame oil and top with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes:

Adjust the spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
