Beef stew meat

Salt and pepper
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, cumin, and chili powder. Bring to a boil.
4. Add the cubed potatoes to the pot. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 45 minutes, or until the beef and potatoes are tender.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes:
This stew is even better the next day, as the flavors have more time to meld together.
