Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Round Steak cut into cubes
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 3 Carrots sliced
  • 2 Potatoes diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add round steak cubes and brown on all sides.
  • Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  • Pour in beef broth, bring to a boil.
  • Add carrots, potatoes, salt, and pepper.
  • Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 2 hours or until meat is tender.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

This stew is perfect for a cozy dinner. Feel free to add other vegetables you like.
