Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into chunks
  • 2 cups Carrots sliced
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
  • 3. Add onions and cook until softened.
  • 4. Pour in beef broth, add carrots and potatoes.
  • 5. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
  • 7. Let cool before portioning into freezer-safe containers.
