Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pollack fillets
  • 2 cups fish stock
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  • Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  • Add diced potatoes and sliced carrot, cook for 5 minutes.
  • Pour in fish stock and bring to a boil.
  • Add diced tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Add Pollack fillets and cook until fish is done, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Feel free to add more vegetables or spices to suit your taste.
