Ingredients:

Pollack fillets

fish stock

onion, chopped

cloves
garlic, minced

potatoes, diced

carrot, sliced

diced tomatoes

paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

olive oil
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
Add diced potatoes and sliced carrot, cook for 5 minutes.
Pour in fish stock and bring to a boil.
Add diced tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add Pollack fillets and cook until fish is done, about 5-7 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes:
Feel free to add more vegetables or spices to suit your taste.
