Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Sausage sliced
  • 2 cups Diced potatoes
  • 1 cup Chopped onions
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Chopped bell peppers
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the large pot over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the sausage and cook until browned.
  • 3. Add the onions and bell peppers, cook until softened.
  • 4. Add the potatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
  • 5. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • 6. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or celery.
