Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef Stew Meat
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 3 pcs Carrots, chopped
  • 3 pcs Potatoes, diced
  • 1 pcs Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp Thyme

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the stock pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
  • 2. Add the beef stew meat and brown on all sides.
  • 3. Add the chopped onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  • 4. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
  • 5. Add the carrots, potatoes, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  • 6. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 2 hours or until the meat is tender.

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or green beans.
