Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef Chuck cut into chunks
  • 4 Carrots sliced
  • 4 Potatoes diced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Thyme dried
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat a large pot over medium-high heat and brown the beef chunks.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  • 3. Pour in the beef broth, add the carrots, potatoes, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • 4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours, or until the meat is tender.
  • 5. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

This stew is best enjoyed with a slice of rustic bread.
