Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef Stew Meat
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 3 pcs Carrots chopped
  • 3 pcs Potatoes diced
  • 1 pcs Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp Thyme dried

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat.
  • 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  • 3. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil.
  • 4. Add the chopped carrots, diced potatoes, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  • 5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 2 hours.
  • 6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas or corn for extra flavor.
