Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Bear meat cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 3 Carrots sliced
  • 3 Potatoes diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 1 tsp Thyme dried
  • 1 tsp Rosemary dried
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add bear meat and brown on all sides.
  • Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  • Add garlic and cook for another minute.
  • Add carrots, potatoes, beef broth, thyme, rosemary, and tomato paste. Stir well.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 3 hours or until meat is tender.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

Notes:

Bear meat can be substituted with beef if unavailable.
