Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add bear meat and brown on all sides.
Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
Add garlic and cook for another minute.
Add carrots, potatoes, beef broth, thyme, rosemary, and tomato paste. Stir well.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 3 hours or until meat is tender.
Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
Notes:
Bear meat can be substituted with beef if unavailable.
